Summer Arts Day Camp – Ages 5-8 Camp & 9-12 Camp
The Steinbach Arts Council is looking for 2 Camp Directors. Camp Directors will create, plan, and facilitate camp schedules, oversee camp activities, and support staff, set up and clean up camp space.
Skills Required:
• Enjoy working with children.
• Ability to plan, facilitate and supervise activities for children according to a
schedule.
• Interest in Music, Dance, Drama, Visual Arts and Sports is an asset.
• Must have Child Abuse and Criminal Record check completed.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and have strong conflict and time
management skills.
Hours required:
Camp Prep Week: Mon. June 24th – Fri. June 28th, 2024 (8:00am-4:00pm) camp directors only
Camp Duration: Tues. July 2nd, 2024 – Fri. August 9th, 2024 (8:00am-4:30pm) six weeks of camp
Camp Clean Up: Mon. Aug. 12th – Wed. Aug. 14th, 2024 (8:00am – 4:00pm)
