Steinbach Arts Council Launches 2025-2026 Hall Gallery Exhibit Applications

The Steinbach Arts Council is thrilled to announce a new exhibition opportunity at our Hall Gallery. We invite artists of all backgrounds for the opportunity to display their work in a professional gallery setting.

Our newly expanded gallery space, made possible by the Steinbach Community Foundation, offers an enhanced platform to display a diverse range of artistic expressions. This expansion marks a significant milestone in our commitment to fostering artistic talent and providing opportunities for creators to gain exposure and connect with a wider audience.

Who Should Apply:

We are seeking submissions from:

• Student Artists: Artists who are currently in high school and post-secondary education should apply.
• Emerging Artists: Artists at the early stages of their careers, looking to gain more visibility and experience in a professional gallery setting.

Selected artists will be notified by July 4, 2025.

We believe in the power of diverse voices and welcome applications from artists of all backgrounds and stages in their creative journey.

Application Details:

Applications will open on Thursday, January 16, 2025. Interested artists should submit a portfolio of their work, including 3-5 photos of original artwork, and a brief artist biography. Our gallery accepts 15-30 pieces of artwork per artist, and a variety of mediums with a focus on hung wall displays are accepted.  For the full submission guidelines and to request an application form, artists are encouraged to email our Manager of Community Programs at cassandra@steinbacharts.ca.
